关键词视角下我国卫生领域胜任力研究热点分析

摘　　要：目的揭示国内卫生领域胜任力的研究热点,探索其发展趋势,为后续研究提供理论参考。方法对知网,维普,万方和Pubmed数据库在2016年12月份之前收录的以卫生领域胜任力研究为主题的文献进行检索,使用Bibexcel进行关键词的词频分析,并利用Ucinet(6.216)进行聚类分析和共现网络分析。结果最终纳入分析文献622篇,排在前10的高被引论文中有9篇和护理胜任力有关;词频在6以上的高频关键词有37个;聚类分析一共聚为五类,和胜任力的应用、研究对象、研究方法有关。结论我国卫生领域胜任力研究热点主要集中在护理领域;随着研究的深入,新的研究领域逐渐形成,研究方法逐渐多样化,但大多还没有从理论研究转化成实际应用。今后的研究应加强合作,将研究成果应用于教育、人才选拔和培养、绩效考核等方面。Objective To reveal and explore the research focus related to the competence of health field currently in China and its developing trends,and to provide theoretical reference for the further research.Methods We retrieved papers about health competence before December 2016 from three Chinese database and PubMed database,used Bibexcel for word frequency analysis of key words and used Ucinet for clustering analysis and co-analysis Network analysis.Results A total of 622 papers were included in the analysis finally,there are 9 articles are related to nursing competence in high cited papers in the top 10 and there are 37 high-frequency keywords of which the frequency more than 6. The clustering analysis is clustered into five categories that are related with the application of competency,the research object,the research method. Conclusions The research hotspots of health field in our country are mainly concentrated in the nursing competence. With the deepening of research,the new research fields are gradually formed and the research methods are gradually diversified,but most of the researches have not been transformed from theoretical research to practical application. The further research should strengthen cooperation and apply the research results to education,personnel selection and training,performance appraisal and so on.
