摘 要:利用黄铁矿和微生物组合浸出低品位氧化锰矿,研究了pH值、矿浆浓度和接菌浓度对低品位氧化锰矿中锰元素浸出的影响。结果表明,在pH=1.6、矿浆浓度15%和接菌浓度20%的条件下,锰浸出率达到92.3%。嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌与溶液中的Fe^(3+)能够促进黄铁矿发生氧化还原反应,进而强化氧化锰矿中锰元素的浸出。Test on leaching of low-grade manganese oxide ore by using a combination of pyrite and microbe was conducted and effects of pH value, slurry concentration and microbial inoculation concentration in the system on the leaching process of manganese from low-grade manganese oxide ore were investigated. Results showed that, the manganese leaching rate reached 92.3% after the leaching process with pH = 1.6, slurry concentration at 15% and inoculation concentration at 20%. It is found that aeidithiobaeillus ferrooxidans and Fe3+ in the solution can promote the oxidation-reduction reaction of pyrite, which then can improve the leaching effect of manganese from manganese oxide ore.
