摘　　要：本文对急诊科"三无"危重患者的救治流程进行充实、完善,从加强执行力度、确定负责执行流程各个环节的人员、落实所需的药品器材和费用来源等环节进行了改进和优化,使"三无"危重患者得到了及时有效的救治,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全,公立医院的社会效益得到体现,树立了良好的社会形象。This paper enriches and perfects the treatment process of emergency department ＂three no＂ critically ill patients. It has been improved and optimized from strengthening execution, determining the personnel responsible for every link of the process, implementing the necessary pharmaceutical equipment and the source of cost, so that the ＂three no＂ critically ill patients have been treated in time and effectively. To improve medical quality and ensure medical safety, the social benefits of public hospitals have been reflected and a good social image has been established.
