摘　　要：本文通过分析驻科临床药师参与的1例社区获得性MRSA肺炎患者的抗感染诊治病例,介绍临床药师协助临床医生分析、制定抗感染方案并实施药学监护的过程,探讨临床药师在提高抗感染治疗方面的积极作用。This paper analyzes the case of anti-infective diagnosis and treatment of a community-acquired MRSA pneumonia patient involved in clinical pharmacists, and introduces the clinical pharmacist to assist clinicians in analyzing, formulating anti-infective programs and implementing pharmaceutical monitoring, and exploring clinical pharmacists in improving anti-infective treatment. Positive role in the aspect.
