高校高水平运动队量化管理模型的探究——以宁波大学篮球队为例

摘　　要：运用系统动力学的方法,探讨并研究国内高校高水平运动队管理的模式,进而得到可广泛使用的的高校高水平运动队量化管理模型。并用系统动力学的模拟仿真和调控分析对宁波大学篮球队进行量化分析的操作演示,为我国高校高水平运动队的管理和发展开辟一条新的路径。研究结论:(1)根据讨论和总结,建立能广泛使用的高校高水平运动队管理中各环节的系统动力学模型。(2)以宁波大学篮球队为例,对所建立的高校高水平运动队量化管理模型进行模拟和调控,据此提出最佳意见。所得结果符合实际,说明模型有效、可靠。(3)全国各高校运动队的管理均可通过该模型进行趋势预测和分析,以改善运动队管理状况。By using the method of system dynamics, this paper probes into and studies the management mode of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in China, and then obtains a quantitative management model of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities suitable for the whole country. The operation demonstroti- on of quantitative analysis of Ningbo University basketball team based on simulation and control analysis of system dynamics opens a new way for the management and development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in China.Conclusion： ①Based on the discussions and conclusions, a system dynamics model that can cover all aspects of the management of high-level sports teams in universit- ies across the country was established. ②The Ningbo University basketball team was used as an example to simulate and control the quantitative management model of high-level sports teams established in colleges and universities, and the best advice was put forward accordingly. This result is in line with reality and shows that the model is effective and reliable. ③The management of sports teams in colleges and universities across the country can use this model to predict and analyze trends to improve the management of sports teams.
