摘　　要：电子连接器广泛应用于电子、电器、仪表中PCB电路板中,其在电路阻断处或孤立不通的电路之间能起到桥梁的作用,担负起电流或信号传输的任务。但在三防涂敷过程中容易污染,沾染上三防材料,会造成连接器失效等不良后果。因此,三防涂敷过程中连接器的防护尤为重要。介绍了一种三防涂敷过程中简单高效的连接器的防护方法。Electronic connectors are widely used in PCB circuit boards in electronics,electrical appliances,and meters.They can act as bridges between blocked circuits or isolated circuits,and are responsible for current or signal transmission.However,it is easy to be contaminated during the conformal coating process,and the upperpollution of conformal coating materials may cause adverse effects such as connector failure.Therefore,the protection of the connector during the conformal coating process is particular important.This article describes a simple and efficient method of protecting the connector during the conformal coating process.
