摘  要:采用一乙醇胺(MEA)为吸收剂吸收燃煤烟气中CO_2,添加抗氧剂1010对MEA改性处理,应用红外光谱法研究吸收剂的抗氧化作用,应用气相色谱分析烟气中CO_2含量,以吸收速率为指标研究吸收的优化条件。结果表明,在40℃,MEA水溶液MEA质量分数为20%的条件下,抗氧剂1010的最佳质量分数为0.15%,抗氧剂抗氧化作用较好,经多次循环吸收后,保持吸收剂不发生降解反应。Monoethanolamine(MEA) was used as absorbent to absorb CO2 from coal-fired flue gas, which was modified by adding antioxidant 1010 to the absorbent. The anti-oxidation effect of absorbent was studied by infrared spectroscopy. Gas chromatography was used to analyze CO2 in flue gas, and the absorption rate was used as an indicator to study the optimal conditions for absorption. The results showed that the optimum mass fraction of antioxidant 1010 was 0.15% under the conditions of MEA mass fraction of 40% in the absorbent and 40℃. The antioxidant had good anti-oxidation effect, and after repeated absorption cycles, the absorbent didn't undergo degradation.
