摘  要:以社会需求为导向的产教融合人才培养模式是实现应用型本科院校自我发展及服务地方经济的重要途经。在研究产教融合理论的基础上,剖析了我国地方应用型本科院校产教融合人才培养的现状及影响因素,分别从转变教学理念与模式、完善评估与保障体系、加强师资队伍建设三个方面提出合理化建议,政府、院校、企业三方共同构建起产教融合大平台,推动地方经济更好更快发展。The integration of industry and education based on social demand is an important way for application-oriented colleges and universities to realize the self-development and to serve local economic development. Based on the theory of industry-education integration, current situation and influencing factors of talents-trainingmode in application-oriented colleges and universities are analyzed. And suggestions are put forward from three aspects : changing teaching ideas and modes, perfecting evaluation and guarantee system, and strengthening teaching staff construction. Local government, colleges and enterprises should jointly build a platform for integration of industry and education and promote the development of local economic development.
