摘 要:本文介绍了频域分析法在电子轴凹版印刷机运动控制系统上的应用。多轴凹版印刷机对运动控制系统的同步性能和执行系统的动态性能提出了很高的要求,为了能够尽量发挥驱动系统的性能指标,在时域分析的基础上,对运动控制系统进行频域分析,利用多种滤波器和前馈等技术对系统控制特性进行补偿,以达到在提升控制系统响应能力的同时,保持稳定性不降低,从而满足无轴凹版印刷机对系统的高动态特性要求。This paper introduces the application of frequency domain analysis in motion control system of electronic axis gravure printing machine.Electronic Shaft Driven Gravure presses are one of the most dramatic technological advances in gravure printing in the last 10 years.Domestic and foreign large servo drive products suppliers are in response to this issue to carry out research and development work.Multi-axis gravure printing presses put forward high requirements on the synchronization performance of the motion control system and the dynamic performance of the execution system.In order to give full play to the performance of the drive system,based on the time domain analysis,Analysis,the use of a variety of filters and feedforward technology to compensate for the control characteristics of the system in order to improve the response ability of the control system,while maintaining the stability does not reduce the purpose to meet the non-gravure printing machine on the system of high dynamic characteristics Claim.
