摘　　要：集团化运作是大型国有企业的重要特征之一,集团化管控体系已经成为当前大型国有企业研究的核心问题。可以从集团化企业管控体系的基本框架及影响因素展开分析,并以国内某大型通信企业的运作为例,对集团化企业管控体系建设这一难题进行解析。Collectivized operation is one of the important characteristics of large state-owned enterprises, and collectivized management and control system has become the core issue of large state-owned enterprises＇ research.The article analyzes the basic framework and influencing factors of collectivize enterprise control system by taking a large domestic state-owned telecommunication enterprise as an example. The paper analyzes the difficult problem of collectivized enterprise management and control system construction.
