摘 要:为满足中医高校教师的教育技术能力提升的需求,实现教师教育技术培训与教师需求的精准对接,研究建设中医教师教育技术培训知识库。教育技术知识库包括教育技术知识学习、能力评价两部分,是开展相关培训的基础。知识库针对中医高校教师的特点设计知识模块,根据教师不同学科分类设计知识点学科分类系数。教师教育技术能力评价结果作为开展相关讲座和确定参加教师的依据。通过建立相关制度来保障教育技术学习、能力评价、培训、知识库更新等活动良性运转,形成高效可持续的教师教育技术能力培养体系。In order to meet the needs of improving the educational technology ability of college teachers in traditional Chinesemedicine, the precise docking of teachers' education technology training and teachers' needs is realized, the knowledge base ofeducation technology training for traditional Chinese medicine teachers was built. The knowledge base of educational technology isthe basis of educational technology knowledge learning, ability evaluation and training. Knowledge base designs knowledge modulesaccording to the characteristics of teachers in traditional Chinese medicine universities, designs knowledge points classificationcoefficients according to different disciplines of teachers, designs training lectures and participation teachers according to theevaluation results of teachers' educational technology ability. By establishing relevant systems, we can ensure the healthy operation ofeducational technology knowledge learning, ability evaluation, training, knowledge base renewal and other activities, so as to form aneffective and sustainable training system for teachers' educational technology ability.
