摘　　要：为加快数字系统的设计,使用了QuartusⅡ和ModelSim两种EDA常用软件进行配合设计。通过N进制计数器的实例设计及仿真,展示了电路设计的整个流程及编程方法,并显示出两种软件的强大功能,在电子设计领域将发挥重要的作用。In order to speed up the design of the digital system, two kinds of EDA software which are Quartus II and ModelSim, are used for coordination design. Through the example design and Simulation of the module-N counter, it shows the whole process and programming method of the circuit design, and the powerful functions of the two software. They will play an important role in the field of electronic design.
