摘　　要：目的探讨薄壁囊腔肺癌的MSCT表现和病理基础,以提高该疾病的诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的23例薄壁囊腔肺癌的CT特征。结果在23例患者中,囊腔内壁不光整有16例,囊腔内壁有结节19例,囊腔内有分隔8例及血管穿行5例;病灶周围有磨玻璃密度影5例,毛刺征17例,所有患者病灶均有分叶;有胸膜凹陷或胸膜增厚的18例;病灶软组织内有支气管中断者13例; 23例肺癌的病理类型:腺癌18例,鳞癌4例,肺腺鳞癌1例。结论薄壁囊腔肺癌的CT表现有一定的特征性,囊腔的病理基础较为多样。Objective To evaluate multi-slice CT （MSCT） findings and pathological basis of lung cancer with thin-walled cystic cavity. Methods Twenty-three cases of pathologically confirmed lung cancer with thin-walled cystic cavity were retrospectively analysed with regard to MSCT features. Results These features accounted for all MSCT signs in 23 cases, including irregular inner wall in 16 cases, mural nodule in 19 cases, septum in cystic cavity in 8 cases and bronchus passing through the cystic cavity in 5 cases. Ground-glass opacity of around lesion was found in 5 cases, speculation in 17 cases, lobulation in all cases, pleural intentation or pleural thickening in 18 cases, bronchus cut-off in soft tissue lesions in 13 cases. Pathological types of 23 cases of lung cancer included adenocarcinoma in 18 cases, squamous carcinoma in 4 cases and adenosquamous carcinoma in 1 case. Conclusion The CT manifestation of lung cancer with thin-walled cystic cavity was characteristic. The pathological basis of the thin-walled cystic cavity was various.
