摘 要:目前离合踏板的行程多基于前期的布置几何定义,踏板力多由供应商控制,并未与驾驶员的舒适性关联起来,导致车型量产后,离合踏板的操作舒适性较差,引起客户抱怨。为提高离合踏板的舒适性,选取德系、美系、日系等车型的离合踏板,结合主观评价以及客观测量,定义了离合踏板行程和力的客观控制指标,并给出对应的舒适性目标值,可为离合踏板的舒适性设计提供参考。At present, the pedal stroke is based on the geometric definition of previous layout. The pedal force is controlled by the supplier and not linked to driving comfort. The market complaints of the clutch pedal comfort are occured after the mass production. To improve the comfort of the clutch pedal, the clutch pedals of German, American, Japanese and own brands were selected, the subjective evaluation and objective measurement were combined to define the objective control index of the clutch pedal stroke and force, and the corresponding comfort target value was given, which could provide reference for the comfort design of the clutch pedal.
