摘  要:公共照明在满足照明需求的同时,需要节能减排。以路灯为例,设计了基于专家系统的智慧公共照明管理系统。综合考虑了环境亮度、人流量、节约电能等因素,设计了智能调控路灯的决策库。通过socket套接字技术实现了传感器和服务器、服务器和路灯之间的通信。利用网络实现了用户界面和服务器之间的通信。基于jQuery和boostrap框架,用jsp和第5代html技术规划了人机交互界面,实现了监测设备状态和展示路灯控制效果等功能。仿真结果验证了所设计系统的有效性。Public lighting needs energy saving and emission while satisfying lighting demand.An intelligent public lighting management system based on expert system was designed.It took street lamp for example.In this study,environment brightness,and population flow,and power saving,were comprehensively considered.Decision-making base was designed to control street lamp intelligently.The communication between sensors and servers was realized by socket technology.So did the communication between servers and street lamps.The communication between user's interface and servers was realized by the internet.Based on the framework jQuery and boostrap,man-machine interface was designed by jsp and html5 technology.Monitoring control,and survey of equipment condition,and display of control effect of street lamp were included in the functions designed.The simulation results showed that the proposed system worked well.
