大学本质的再探讨

摘　　要：大学拥有相对稳定的本质,人们能够对其形成共识性的认识。从大学运行发展的角度可以正确把握大学的本质,在对大学运行的历史地考察中发现,其运行是通过大学师生联合体的共同活动来实现的。通过对其共同活动的深入剖析,发现大学的本质是以高深知识为起点、以崇尚理性为追求、以培养整全的人为目的的社会组织。Universities have a relatively stable nature, and people are able to form consensus recognition about it. From the perspective of university operation and development, the essence of university can be correctly grasped. It was found in historical study that the operation of university is realized through the joint activities of the association of the faculty and students of the university. Through an in-depth analysis of the joint activities, we find that the essence of the university is a social organization taking deep knowledge as the starting point, upholding reasons as its pursuance and cultivating the whole human as its purpose.
