摘 要:分析了钢带传动的力学特性,利用欧拉公式推导了钢带拉力的变化情况,得出了有效拉力与钢带松紧边拉力的关系;通过推导不同传动位置钢带的应力计算公式,定性地分析出了不同位置钢带的应力大小,为计算钢带最大拉应力提供了理论依据;提出了一种计算钢带张紧力的方法,将该方法应用到丝网印刷机印刷头传动系统,求解出钢带最小张紧力,并对该传动系统的疲劳强度进行校核,验证了该传动系统的可靠性。The mechanical properties of the steel belt transmission are analyzed. Euler formula is used to derive the change of the tensile force of the steel belt, and obtains the relationship between the effective tensile force and the belt tensile force. By deriving the stress formula of steel belt at different positions, the stress of each position of the steel belt is qualitatively analyzed, which providesa theoretical basis for calculating the maximum tensile stress of the steel belt. A method for calculatingthe tension of the steel belt is proposed, applied to the printing head drive system in screen printing tosolve the minimum tension of the steel belt. The fatigue strength of the transmission system was checked to verify the reliability of the transmission system.
