摘　　要：现代工匠是指拥有行业知识,掌握工艺技术,从事工业产品设计、制造的劳动者。工匠精神是一种以精益求精为核心的价值追求,是工匠心理状态在工匠人生中的职业体现,是来自工匠内心的定力,是工匠享受工作过程、追求完美极致与超越自我的心态之美的展现。工匠精神的理想境界:慢、乐、专、新、合。培育新时代中国工匠,需从未来着眼、从现实着手,从改、养、选上下功夫。Modern craftsmen refer to those workers who are engaged in the design and manufacture ofindustrial products, and tilose who possess professional industrial knowledge and technology. Cultivating the craftsm an spirithas become a new task in the new era of industrial production. C raftsm an spirit is a pursuitof value with the core of excellence. It is also the professionalembodimentofcraftsman＇smentalstate in his/her career. It is the internal perseverance in work processwhich craftsmen enjoy,with the ideal spiritofpatience, passion, expertise, creativeness and team spirit. In the new era, it is vital to make a blue plan for educating Ch inese cra, ftsm en which may startw ith re form, educa, tion and selection.
