摘 要:目的:探讨构建口腔软组织3D模型的方法。方法:对1例年轻女性采用头颈部螺旋CT扫描,通过Mimics14.0软件构建牙颌硬组织三维模型,通过Dental wings牙颌模型扫描设备辅助Geomagic12.0软件获得封闭的志愿者牙颌石膏3D模型;利用迭代最近点方法对两组模型全局配准,并进行布尔运算作差,后去除悬浮数据获得咀嚼黏膜数字模型;对照测量方法选择涂布显影剂辅助CBCT扫描进行软组织厚度的测量验证,统计学方法采用配对t检验。结果:构建了人体咀嚼黏膜的三维数字模型,在Mimics软件视窗下可观测模型任意角度的解剖形态以及通过轮廓线显示进行黏膜的厚度分析,该方法测量牙槽嵴顶处黏膜厚度与使用黏膜轮廓显影剂的对照方法测量结果差异为:上颌0.032mm,下颌0.009mm,两组方法的测量结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过影像学手段结合数字化技术,能获取较为精确的咀嚼黏膜三维模型,从而使人口腔软组织的三维可视化、记录和各部位的厚度测量得以实现。Objective: To explore an effective 3D reconstruction method for digitized masticatory mucosa. Methods:Using computed tomography(CT), maxillofacial regions of a volunteer was scanned to generate 3D jaw model. Digital models of the impressions were obtained by laser scanning. After global data registration and Boolean subtraction, the 3D masticatory mucosa was constructed. By comparisons against control subject using a periodontal pack around mucosal boundary, its accuracy was assessed. Results: Digitized 3D model of masticatory mucosa was established integrallty. Under the Mimics software, the morphology of the model can be observed from different angle, the mucosal and gingival contours also can be showed. The difference of masticatory mucosa thickness measurement of the digitized model method and control method was 0.032 mm in the upper jaw and 0.009 mm in the lower jaw, The two methods were not significantly different(P〈0.05). Conclusion: It is reliable using laser scanning combined with CT for establishing digitized masticatory mucosa 3D model. To achieve masticatory mucosa of human visual, recordable, and appreciable.
