摘  要:环孢素A诱发的牙龈增生(cyclosporin a induced fingival overgrowth,CIGO)是环孢素A(cyclosporin A,CsA)使用过程中产生的副作用之一,影响牙面的清洁,妨碍咀嚼,发音等功能。CIGO的主要病理学特征是由细胞外基质(Extracellular Matrix,ECM)过度积聚所致的牙龈结缔组织和上皮的显著增生,但具体发生机制仍不清楚。亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CyPA)是CsA的细胞内作用靶点,具有免疫调节功能,其与细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导剂(extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer,EMMPRIN,又称CD147)相互作用可参与白细胞募集和基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)的调控,在CIGO的发生发展中起着重要的作用。本文就CyPA、CD147、MMPs与ECM过度积聚的相关性进行综述。Cyclosporin A(CsA)-Induced Gingival Overgrowth is one of the side effects of using CsA, affectting the cleaning of the tooth surface, hindering chewing, pronunciation and other oral functions. The major pathological feature of CIGO is severe proliferations of gingival connective tissue and epithelium. However, the mechanism is still unclear. Acing as the target of CsA in cells, Cyclophilin A(CyPA) has immunoregulation function, and plays an immunosuppressive role with CsA. CyPA-CD147 involved in leukocyte recruitment and regulation of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs), It is important in the occurrence and development of CIGO. This paper reviews the progress of research on the relationship between Cy PA.CD147. MPs and Extracellular matrix accumulation.
