摘　　要：随着高等教育管理体制改革的不断深化,高校财务管理工作的作用愈加凸显。然而,现阶段我国高校财务管理体制存在或多或少的问题,财务管理体制改革也是迫在眉睫。本文基于熵与耗散结构理论的分析与研究,通过对高校财务管理体制改革中存在的问题分析,探讨推进改革的相关措施和建议,已达到加强高校财务管理的目的。With the continuous deepening of the reform of higher education management system, the role of financial management in colleges and universities has become more prominent. However, at present, the financial management system of colleges and universities in China has more or less problems, and the reform of financial management system is also urgent. Based on the analysis and research of en- tropy and dissipative structure theory, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the reform of financial management system in colleges and universities, and discusses the related measures and suggestions for promoting reform, which has achieved the goal of strengthening financial management of colleges and universities.
