摘  要:英语专业的教师职业技能大赛反映了目前教育行业对教师职业技能的要求和需求,对职前英语专业教学实践技能培养起到示范性作用。将技能大赛理念和实践与英语师范专业职前教学实践能力培养进行融合有利于提高职前教师的教学实践技能。英语专业职前教师培养过程中的教学方式和方法、课程设置、技能实训和评价体系等方面形成一个有机整体是提高师范生职前教学技能的有效模式。Teaching skills competition for English majors reflects the current requirements and needs for teacher’s teaching skills by the education industry, and plays an exemplary role in the pre-service training of teaching practice skills for English majors. The integration of the concept and practice of the skills competition with the pre-service training of teaching practice ability for English majors is conducive to improving pre-service teachers’ teaching practice skills. The effective model to improve higher normal students’ pre-service teaching skills is to form an organic integrity in the process of pre-service training for English majors in terms of teaching ways and methods, curriculum setting-up, skills training and evaluation system, etc.
