摘  要:探讨分段式模拟训练法在外科住院医师创伤急救一体化基本技能培训中的进展,随着我国医疗卫生事业以及科学技术水平的不断发展,医疗环境日益复杂,对全科医生的能力提出了更高要求,全科医生人才队伍的建设成为当前卫生行业服务发展的重中之重,我国目前的在岗全科医生培养体系尚不完善,人才队伍的培训模式急需进一步完善,寻找一种可以促进全科医生思维能力、临床能力的有效培训方法。模拟教学法是当前新型的一种人才培养模式,突出操作性,注重时效性,实现了实践与理论的有机结合,在当前临床应用中,显著减轻了临床医学教学的负担和压力,文章主要针对模拟教学法应用于在岗全科医生培训中的效果进行了综述。At present, with the continuous development of Chinese medical and health undertakings and the level of science and technology, the medical environment is becoming more and more complex, which imposes higher requirements on the ability of general practitioners. The construction of general practitioners' talent team has become the most important service development in the health industry. The most important thing is that Chinese current training system for general practitioners in post is not perfect, and the training mode for talented teams needs to be further improved to fnd an effective training method that can promote general practitioners' thinking ability and clinical ability. The simulation teaching method is currently a new type of talent cultivation model, highlighting the operational nature, focusing on timeliness, and achieving an organic combination of practice and theory. In the current clinical application, the burden and pressure on clinical medicine teaching have been signifcantly reduced. This article focuses on the effect of simulation teaching method in the training of general practitioners in post is reviewed.
