摘 要:目的探讨微课在《外科护理学》教学中的应用。方法采用目的抽样法,选取山东中医药大学2014级护理学专业本科320名学生为研究对象,分为2个教学班,采取抽签法将2个教学班分成试验组和对照组。试验组护生155名,对照组165名。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用微课辅助教学。比较两组护生的理论和操作考试成绩以及试验组护生对微课的态度。结果课程结束后试验组护生理论和操作成绩分别为(84.98±3.56)、(91.85±2.56)分,高于对照组的(80.20±4.14)、(82.72±4.56)分,差异有统计学意义“值分别为4.601、9.416;P〈0.01)。试验组90.3%的护生喜欢微课这种授课方式,81.3%的护生希望将微课用于其他临床课程。结论微课的应用有助于提高护生的理论和操作成绩,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of microlecture in the teaching of Surgical Nursing. Methods A total of 320 nursing undergraduates students in 2014 nursing faculty of Shandoug Universityof Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects by purposive sampling method. All subjects were divided into control group and experimental group by random lottery with 155 students in experimental group and 165 in control group. The experimental group adopted the microlecture teaching model. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The theoretical and operational test scores of the two groups were compared, and the evaluation data of the experimental group students on the application of microlecture teaching model were collected. Results After the course, the theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group were (84.98 ± 3.56) and (91.85 ± 2.56), which were both higher than those of the control group (80.20 ± 4.14)and (82.72 ± 4.56)respectively. The differences were statistically significant (t=4.601, 9.416; P〈 0.01). 90.3% of the nursing students in the experimental group preferred microlecture, and 81.3% wanted to use microlecture in other clinical courses. Conclusions The application of microlecture helps to improve the theoretical and operational achievements of nursing students, and is worthy of popularization and application.
