摘　　要：本文通过对黑龙江省高职毕业生的就业质量进行调查研究,指出我省高职院校毕业生培养的优势和不足。通过高职教育供给侧结构改革,实现从以传授知识、传承技能为主,转变为培养学生核心就业能力为主,实现高职毕业生更高质量、更充分的就业,达到高效率培养人才的目标。This paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of the cultivation of graduates in Heilongjiang province through investigating the employment quality of higher vocational graduates. Through the reform of supply side structure of higher vocational education,realize the transformation from the focus on imparting knowledge and kills to cultivating students＇ core employment ability,so that higher vocational graduates can obtain higher quality and more full employment. And achieve the goal of training talents with high quality and high efficiency in vocational colleges.
