经穴循经特异性及敏化特性探析

摘　　要：中医学理论框架下的经穴理论与西方激痛点理论存在本质上的区别。经穴循经特异性及敏化特性是中医经络、腧穴理论的主要内容,体现了经穴与脏腑的相关性,它指导着针灸临床选穴、配穴,已经成为现代针灸研究的新热点。近年来许多学者在动物实验及临床研究方面探索和验证了经穴效应特异性和敏化特性的基本规律特征。经穴的循经特异性、敏化特性与针灸基本理论＂经络所过,主治所及＂,以及经穴的脏腑相关性有密切的关系。以循经特异性、穴位敏化为关键词,对经穴进行二次检索,通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、MEDLINE数据库出现相关文章100余篇。现将经穴效应特异性及相关现状研究进展进行深入探析,为中医针灸的发展提供可靠视角。Meridians and acupuncture points specificity is the main content of meridian and acupoint theory and reflects the correlation between acupoints and organs. It guides the clinical acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint selection, combination of acupoints,becoming a new hotspot in the research of modern acupuncture and moxibustion. In recent years, many scholars explore and verify the characteristics of the basic laws of the specificity of acupoints and sensitization in the animal experiment and clinical studies. The specificity along meridian and the basic theory of acupuncture meridians have close relationship. In this paper,taking specificity as keywords, on the meridian of second search, through computer retrieval of MEDLINE database and China journal full text database（CNKI）,we got more than 100 pieces of literature. The progress of the related research status of the specificity of acupoint effect was reviewed.
