摘 要:目的:研究乳腺癌患者应用参芪扶正注射液联合CAF化疗方案治疗的临床效果。方法:76例乳腺癌瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,38例对照组患者采用CAF化疗方案治疗,38例观察组患者在此基础上辅以参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后IL-4、IL-10、IL-2、IFN-γ指标、外周血象、外周淋巴细胞的变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组免疫功能指标IL-4(82.36±25.03)μg/L、IL-10(149.33±37.05)μg/L水平明显低于对照组IL-4(109.83±28.32)μg/L、IL-10(178.94±40.53)μg/L、但观察组IL-2(54.44±14.77)μg/L、IFN-γ(64.55±11.28)μg/L水平明显高于对照组IL-2(42.91±10.87)μg/L、IFN-γ(50.79±10.97)μg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组血红蛋白(115.73±8.02)pg·L-1、血小板(173.35±17.82)×10^9/L、白细胞(6.63±1.46)×10^9/L水平明显高于对照组血红蛋白(102.96±7.98)pg·L-1、血小板(156.52±23.12)×10^9/L、白细胞(4.39±0.87)×10^9/L水平,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组Ts细胞(393.27±25.86)、NK细胞(132.90±12.45)、总T细胞(863.35±86.28)、Th细胞(580.62±19.52)水平明显高于对照组Ts细胞(311.88±19.46)、NK细胞(80.19±16.65)、总T细胞(752.03±58.65)、Th细胞(364.83±23.91)水平,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:应用参芪扶正注射液联合CAF化疗方案治疗乳腺癌的效果显著,不仅减轻患者炎性反应,还能改善外周血象,增强患者免疫力。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with CAF chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.Methods:76 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-eight cases in the control group were treated with CAF regimen and another 38 cases of patients in the observation group on the basis of DES were given Shenqi Fuzheng Injection. IL-4, IL-10, IL-2 and IFN-γ indexes, peripheral blood and peripheral lymphocytes of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the observation group's immune function with IL-4(82.36±25.03)μg/L, IL-10(149.33±37.05)μg/L were significantly lower than the control group's IL-4(109.83±28.32)μg/L and IL-10(178.94±40.53)μg/L, and the observation group's IL-2(54.44±14.77)μg/L and IFN-γ(64.55±11.28)μg/L were significantly higher than the control group's IL-2(42.91±10.87)μg/L and IFN-γ(50.79±10.97)μg/L, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).
