摘  要:提出了一种DC/DC电源模块激活能的计算方法,通过高温环境下DC/DC电源模块的长期寿命试验,利用试验过程中出现的失效数及总的试验时间,通过一定置信度下的数学处理,得出了DC/DC电源模块加速寿命试验的失效时间。依据DC/DC电源模块激活能的计算值,通过加速系数的计算,计算出了工作条件下该DC/DC电源模块的使用寿命时间。结果表明,该型号DC/DC电源模块的使用寿命时间与实际工程应用中15-20年的寿命时间较吻合,说明激活能的计算值可用于工程中,用于评估DC/DC电源模块的可靠性。An active energy calculation method of DC/DC power module is proposed in this paper. Through 10 samples long-time lifetime experiment under high temperature, failure times and total experiment times of the DC/DC power module has been obtained. Failure time of the DC/DC power module under the condition of accelerated life experiment has been calculated in the condition of 60% confidence level. Lifetime of the DC/DC power module under normal operation condition has been deduced by using the accelerated factor, which is calculated based on the calculating value of active energy of the DC/DC power module. Results show that the operation lifetime of the DC/DC power module is consistent with the field lifetime of 15 to 20 years, it means that the calculating value of active energy can be used in the field to evaluate the reliability of DC/DC power module.
