摘 要:看门狗芯片是一组CMOS监控电路,能够监控电源电压、电池故障和微处理器或微控制器的工作状态。由于芯片通用的功能和低廉的价格,在工程中应用越来越广泛。看门狗芯片种类较多,质量参差不齐,如何将合格的芯片投入生产,检测就成了至关重要的环节。以MAX705/706/813L为研究对象,根据MAX706芯片的工作特性,通过研究看门狗电路的工作原理,设计了一种简单的测试电路,能够有效地测试出合格的看门狗芯片。采用该测试电路进行测试,与自动测试系统测试数据对比,误差在15%之内,证明了测试电路的有效性。The watchdog chip is a set of CMOS monitoring circuits capable of monitoring the working state of the power supply voltage, battery failure and microprocessor or microcontroller.Since the chip has much general function and low price, its engineering application is more and more popular. There are many kinds of dog chips and their qualities are different. The electrical parameter detection becomes very crucial when they are put into production. This paper takes MAX705 706/813L for example and puts forward a simple test circuit based on the working characteristics of the MAX706. Parameters of watchdog chip can be tested effectively on this circuit. We test MAXT06 on this test and compare the test data with whom from the automatic test system. The error is within 15%, which l^roves the effectiveness of the design method.
