摘 要:为了降低目前矿井带式输送机在运行过程中因缺乏安全隐患预警专家决策支持系统所造成的安全隐患判断难度,通过对煤矿带式输送机运行参数及故障案例的收集分析,建立了安全隐患实时上报和人工预警及处理对策、安全评价预警模型等方法。在此基础上,建立基于web的整体信息架构及用户活动模型,设计开发基于产生式规则的信息库系统和友好的人机交互界面,并在南梁煤矿进行了实际安装使用。结果表明,该系统不仅可以快速准确地进行预警,提出隐患产生原因及相应处理对策,还能对输送机进行安全性评价,提高了该矿输送机安全运行智能化、可视化及信息化管理水平。To reduce the difficulty and blindness in judging the safety hidden danger caused by the lack of expert support system in the operation of mine belt conveyor, through collecting and analyzing the operation parameters and fault cases, real-time report and manual warning, treatment countermeasures and safety evaluation warning model were built. On these basis, we establish the overall information architecture and user activity model based on web, design and develop information library system based on production rules and friendly human-computer interaction interface, which were installed and used in Nanliang Coal Mine. The results show that the system can not only alarm quickly and accurately and propose the causes of hidden dangers and corresponding countermeasures, but also can evaluate the safety of conveyor, and these improve the intelligentized, visualized and information management level of the safety operation.
