摘 要:研究建立了一种荧光定量PCR方法对公鸡慢羽基因型进行检测和判定,进而快速实现了北京油鸡慢羽纯系的构建。并进一步开展了两种四系杂交配套试验,对羽速自别雌雄的准确性进行验证。结果显示,北京油鸡两种配套系自别雌雄鉴别率为公雏99%以上,母雏97.98%以上,该方法可以在生产中应用。In the present study, a fluorescent quantitative PCR method was established for genotyping late-feathering K locus in male birds. Using this molecular detecting platform, a late-feathering pure strain of Beijing You chicken was established in which all birds were homozygous at the late-feathering loci. Furthermore, two crossbred combinations were used to test the autosexing accuracy. The results showed that the sexing accuracy for male and female chicks were above 99% and 97.98% respectively, and the autosexing technology could be used in commercial Beijing You chicken.
