联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性期脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性期脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年6月至2017年6月收治的100例急性期脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予丁苯酞注射液治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后的NIHSS评分以及治疗后的生活质量评分。结果 (1)治疗前,两组患者的NIHSS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。(2)观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组的76.0%(P <0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性期脑梗死患者的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined butyphthalide injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with butyphthalide injection on the basis of conventional therapy. The clinical curative effect, NIHSS scores before and after treatment, and quality life score after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results （1）Before treatment, no significant difference was found in the NIHSS score between the two groups （P〉0.05）; After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. （2）The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.0%, significantly higher than 76.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）. （3）After treatment, the scores of life quality of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Combined butyphthalide injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has exact clinical curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
