摘　　要：目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)和轻型脑梗死患者的认知功能障碍与血清尿酸(SUA)的相关性。方法选取TIA和轻型脑梗死患者102例,根据蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)将患者分为认知功能障碍组45例和无认知功能障碍组57例,比较两组患者的血脂、血压及SUA水平,分析患者认知功能障碍与SUA的相关性。结果认知功能障碍组患者的SUA、DBP、 SBP水平均显著高于无认知功能障碍组(P <0.05),两组的HDL-C、 LDL-C水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示, SUA、 DBP、 SBP与TIA和轻型脑梗死患者的认知功能障碍存在显著正相关(P <0.05)。结论 SUA与TIA和轻型脑梗死患者的认知功能障碍呈显著正相关,临床中可通过检测SUA水平提前防治TIA和轻型脑梗死患者认知功能障碍的发生与进展。Objective To explore the correlation between cognitive dysfunction and serum uric acid （SUA） in patients with mild cerebral infarction or transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods 102 cases of patients with mild cerebral infarction or TIA were selected and divided into the cognitive dysfunction group （n = 45） and non-cognitive dysfunction group （n = 57） according to the Montreal cognitive assessment scale （MoCA）. The levels of blood lipids, blood pressure and SUA were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between cognitive dysfunction and SUA was analyzed. Results The levels of SUA, DBP and SBP of the cognitive dysfunction group were significantly higher than those of the non-cognitive dysfunction group （P〈0.05）; No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the levels of HDL-C and LDL-C （P〉0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that SUA, DBP and SBP had positive correlations with cognitive dysfunction in patients with mild cerebral infarction or TIA （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions SUA has a significantly positive correlation with cognitive dysfunction in patients with mild cerebral infarction or TIA, suggesting that the occurrence and progress of cognitive dysfunction in patients with mild cerebral infarction or TIA can be prevented and treated in advance by detecting the level of SUA in clinic.
