摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术联合间歇性雄激素阻断治疗晚期前列腺癌的效果。方法 92例晚期前列腺癌患者随机分为两组各46例,对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用间歇性雄激素阻断联合治疗,比较两组的临床指标、治疗效果、 IPSS评分。结果治疗后,治疗组的前列腺体积、 RV、 PSA、 IPSS评分均低于对照组, MFR、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术联合间歇性雄激素阻断疗法可有效改善晚期前列腺癌患者的病情,加快前列腺体积缩小,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） combined with intermittent androgen blockade for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods 92 cases of patients with advanced prostate cancer were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with TURP, while the treatment group was treated with TURP combined with intermittent androgen blockade. The clinical indicators, treatment effects and IPSS scores of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the prostate volume, RV, PSA and IPSS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group ,and MFR and total effective rate were significantly higher than those of the control group（all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Transurethral resection of the prostate combined with intermittent androgen blockade for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer has significant effect, which can effectively improve the disease condition of patients, and accelerate the reduction of prostate volume.
