老年卧床患者压疮发生的营养影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析影响老年卧床患者压疮发生的营养危险因素,探讨针对性的防压疮护理。方法采用病例对照研究,按照纳入和排除标准,将压疮者73名归入压疮组,选取条件匹配者73名作为对照组,通过称重床等工具,检测两组患者的营养状况相关指标并对比分析。结果压疮组的血清前蛋白明显低于对照组(B=-1.717),总淋巴细胞计数明显高于对照组(B=1.019),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论低血清前蛋白和高总淋巴细胞计数是影响老年卧床患者发生压疮的危险因素。Objective To analyze the nutritional risk factors affecting the occurrence of pressure ulcer in elderly bedridden patients, and to explore the targeted anti-pressure ulcer nursing. Methods A case-control study was conducted. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 73 patients with pressure ulcers were assigned to pressure ulcer group, and 73 patients with matching condition were selected as control group. The nutritional status of the two groups was collected by tools such as weighing bed. Relevant indicators were tested, compared and analyzed. Results The serum pre-protein of the pressure ulcer group was significantly lower than that of the control group （B = -1.717）, and the total lymphocyte count was significantly higher than that of the control group （B = 1.019）, P〈0.05. Conclusions Low serum pre-protein and high total lymphocyte count are risk factors for pressure ulcers in elderly bedridden patients.
