不同放疗方式对老年子宫内膜癌病人睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的比较子宫内膜癌病人术后近距离放疗法和体外放疗法对睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2015年6月至2017年6月在我院确诊并住院治疗的老年子宫内膜癌病人58例,根据手术放疗方法的不同将研究对象分为近距离放疗组(n=26)和体外放疗组(n=32),分别于术前及放射治疗结束后1个月、3个月和6个月用匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)对2组病人的睡眠质量进行评估和比较。结果 2组病人术前PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。放射治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月,近距离放疗组PSQI评分均低于体外放疗组,且随着时间的推移,睡眠PSQI评分不断降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论与体外放疗相比,术后近距离放疗法对子宫内膜癌病人睡眠质量改善效果更好。Objective To compare the effect of brachytherapy and external radiotherapy on the quality of sleep in the elderly patients with endometrial cancer. Methods Fifty-five elderly patients with endometrial cancer hospitalized in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into brachytherapy group（ n = 26） and external radiotherapy group（ n = 32） according to the different methods of radiotherapy. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale（ PSQI） was used to assess the sleep quality of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups before radiotherapy（ P〈0. 05）. One month,3 month and 6 month after treatment,the PSQI score of brachytherapy group were significantly lower than those of external radiotherapy group,and the sleep quality was improved as time went on（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Compared with external radiotherapy,brachytherapy has better effect on quality of sleep in the elderly patients with endometrial cancer.
