摘 要:底物降解动力模型是用于预测污染物的去除率和所需时间的重要手段。该文以前期构建的苯系物降解菌群M4为对象,采用Haldane模型研究苯系物的好氧降解规律,得到细胞生长最大比增长速率分别为:0.228、0.192、0.168 d-1;采用Abuhamed方程描述双底物降解动力学,拟合结果显示:苯对甲苯、甲苯对苯的抑制程度分别为2.02、8.05,相关系数为0.89;苯对乙苯、乙苯对苯的的抑制程度分别为3.25、4.08,相关系数为0.91;甲苯对乙苯、乙苯对甲苯的抑制程度分别为4.56和5.27,相关系数为0.91,表明3种底物的抑制作用与实验相符。考察了菌群在模拟环境条件下的降解特性,为M4的工程应用奠定基础。The dynamic model of substrate degradation is an important method to predict pollutant removal rate and time. Haldane model was used in the analysis of single substrate aerobic degradation kinetics of BTE, and the maximum specific growth rate of cell growth were 0.228, 0.192, 0.168 d-1. Double substrate degradation kinetics was described by Abuhamed equation, and results show that the inhibition degree of benzene to toluene and toluene to benzene was 2.02 and 8.05 respec- tively, with the correlation coefficient as 0.89. The inhibition degree of benzene to ethylbenzene and ethylbenzene to benzene was 3.25 and 4.08 respectively, with the correlation coefficient as 0.91. The inhibition degree of toluene to ethylbenzene and ethylbenzene to toluene was 4.56 and 5.27 respectively, with the correlation coefficient as 0.91. It was concluded that the inhibition of the three substrates is in agreement with the experiment. The degradation characteristics of microbial groups under simulated environmental conditions are investigated, which lays a foundation for the engineering application of M4.
