经验与理念的张力——营卫循行不同路径的发生学研究

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》对营卫之气的循环路径有明确的记载,其中卫气的循行路径有营卫偕行与昼阳夜阴等不同。之所以形成不同的观点,一方面是作为理念的"圜道观"制导着营卫之气运行理论的建构,使之形成了沿一定经脉线路环流的营卫循行理论;另一方面,不同的经验事实又提出了新的解释要求,如此形成了卫气运行不同解释并存、争鸣的情况。从波普尔有关猜测、反驳、再猜测、再反驳的科学发展的理论来看,中医营卫之气循行的解说,大多只是一种猜测,没有经过反驳、再猜测、再反驳的发展过程,缺乏一种逻辑自洽的高度整合与进一步检验,还仅仅是对经验的一种初步解说,甚或是一种循环论证,远远没有达到科学解释的相关性与可检验性的要求,亟待进行深入研究。Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor（ 《黄帝内经》） had a clear record of the running courses of nutrient qi and defensive qi,and the running courses of defensive qi could be classified as simultaneous running courses of nutrient qi and defensive qi and running courses of yang qi in the daytime and yin qi at night. The reason for different views was formed. On the one hand,it is the Huan Dao Theory（ 圜道观） leading and limiting the construction of the theory of running courses of nutrient qi and defensive qi which resulted in the form of the theory that the nutrient qi and defensive qi followed running course of channel. On the other hand,different facts of experience had also proposed new interpretation and requirements,which formed a situation in which different interpretations of the coexistence and contention of defensive qi. Judging from Popper＇s theory of scientific development,such as speculation,rebuttal,speculation,and refutation,the explanation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory of running courses of nutrient qi and defensive qi is mostly a kind of speculation. There is no development process of rebuttal,speculation,and rebuttal. The lack of a highly self-consistent and highly integrated logic test is only a preliminary explanation of experience,or even a circular argument. It is far from meeting the requirements of relevance and testability of scientific interpretation,which needs further study and exploration.
