摘 要:目的对一起幼儿园诺如病毒感染暴发疫情开展流行病学调查,查找并分析危险因素。方法对病例进行描述性流行病学分析,对危险因素采用回顾性队列研究。结果累计报告病例47例,罹患率30.52%(47/154),无重症和死亡;病原学分型均为GII.2型;食用与未食用学校食物(RR=1.12,95%CI=1.05~1.19)、食用与未食用学校中餐(RR=1.11,95%CI=1.05~1.19)人员罹患率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食用学校中餐导致此次暴发,为食物来源污染所致。Objective To investigate the outbreak of norovirus infection in kindergarten,find and analyze the risk factors,and provide effective prevention and control measures. Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis of the outbreakwas carried out,and a retrospective cohort study was conducted on the risk factors. Results A total of 47 cases were reported,with an attack rate of 30.52%(47/154),no severe cases and deaths;pathogens were GII.2 type. The differences of attackrate between taken and not taken school food(RR=1.12,95% CI=1.05~1.19),taken and not taken school lunch(RR=1.11,95% CI=1.05~1.19)were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The outbreak was caused by food contamination ofthe school lunch.
