摘　　要：顶岗实习作为高职"工学结合"人才培养模式的必经之路,已然成为高职教学的重要一环。本文通过分析专业群顶岗实习质量及评价影响因素,从实习管理、过程化监控、实习评价及专业群动态调整四个方面开展高职专业群顶岗实习质量监控及评价体系构建实证研究。Post practice, as the only way to cuhivate talents with the combination of work and study in Higher Vocational colleges, has become an important part of Higher Vocational teaching. By analyzing the quality and evaluation factors of post practice of professional groups, this paper carries out an empirical study on the quality monitoring and evaluation system of post practice of professional groups in Higher Vocational Colleges from four aspects： practice management, process monitoring, practice evaluation and dynamic adjustment of professional groups.
