摘　　要：习近平总书记在纪念马克思诞辰200周年大会上发表的讲话不仅对马克思的一生和马克思主义在人类思想史上的地位作了高度评价,深刻阐释了马克思主义的科学体系、丰富内涵及其对人类社会发展的巨大作用,而且为高校教师如何以"四有"教师为目标做好学生"引路人"指明了方向,即要以理想信念为根本,以高尚道德情操为前提,以扎实学识为基础,以仁爱之心为关键。Xi Jinping’ s speech in commemoration of the 200th anniversary birthday of Marx highly evaluatedMarx＇s life and Marxist position in the history of human thought, and profoundly expounded Marxist thescientific system, rich connotation and great effect on the development of human society.Xi Jinping’ s speechalso points out the direction on how to become excellent teachers with“Four Possessions” , and be students’good guides.That is to say, we should take ideal and belief as the foundation, noble moral sentiment as thepremise, solid knowledge as the foundation, and benevolence as the key.
