摘　　要：翻译调控肿瘤蛋白(translationally controlled tumor protein,TCTP)是一种广泛表达于真核生物中的高度保守的蛋白,在细胞质和细胞核中均有分布。研究表明TCTP参与了许多生物过程,如细胞生长、细胞凋亡、炎症反应、肿瘤逆转和恶性转化等。此外,TCTP在肿瘤细胞中的高表达,还与肿瘤相关蛋白p53、热休克蛋白27(Heat shock protein 27,Hsp27)存在相互作用,也提示其与肿瘤的发生有关,因而可能成为肿瘤治疗中的新的靶标。文章就TCTP的生物学功能和其在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展加以综述。TCTP （translationally controlled tumor protein） is a highly conserved protein that is widely expressed in all eukaryotic organisms. The protein is located both in cytoplasm and nucleus. It has been reported that TCTP is involved in a variety of biological process including cell growth, apoptosis, inflammatory process, tumor reversion and malignant transformation. In addition, TCTP is highly expressed in tumor cells and interacts with other tumor associated proteins such as p53 and Hsp27 （ Heat shock protein 27 ） , indicating that TCTP maybe involved in tumorigenesis and can serve as a novel therapeutic target in tumors.
