摘　　要：自体牙本质颗粒作为一种自体移植材料,具有来源充足、排异性低、骨引导和骨诱导能力强,且制作简单、操作方便等特点,并经动物试验和临床研究证实,其具有良好的成骨效果。本文就自体牙本质颗粒在牙周和种植领域骨再生手术中的应用作一综述。Autogenous dentine particles have the advantages of osteoinduction, osteoconduction, gradual resorption, less immune rejection and abundant resources. Autogenous dentine particles are made of extracted permanent and primary teeth. This paper reviews the application of dentine particles in periodontal and implant surgeries.
