摘 要:目的探讨视频宣教在人工全膝关节置换术后(TKA)患者功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月—2017年5月首次接受TKA的膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用传统健康教育模式指导患者功能锻炼,观察组在对照组的基础上引入视频宣教模式,分别于术后14 d、1个月、3个月比较2组患者美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)及功能锻炼依从性情况。结果观察组术后1、3个月功能锻炼依从性优于对照组(P <0. 01)。观察组术后14 d、1个月、3个月HSS评分均高于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论视频宣教在KOA患者TKA术后功能锻炼中具有积极作用,能够提高患者锻炼依从性,有效改善膝关节功能。Objective To observe the effect of video-based health education in functional exercise of patients with total knee arthroplasty (TKA) surgery. Methods From June 2016 to May 2017, totally 60 patients with TKA surgery were recruited using convenience sampling meth- od, and were divided into the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). Pa- tients in both two groups received functional exercise based on the traditional health education, and those in the observation group received video-based health education. The exercise compliance and function of knee by Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) scale were compared between two groups at 14 days、1 month and 3 months after the surgery. Results Patients in the observation group showed a higher level of compliance with functional exercise compared with those in the control group at 1 and 3 months after surgery (P 〈 0.01 ). The HSS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 14 days, 1 and 3 months after the surgery (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The video-based health education is effective to improve the exercise compliance of patients and improve the knee function after TKA surgery.
