摘　　要：本文总结12例老年恶性胆道梗阻患者经皮胆道支架联合^(125)I粒子腔内置入术的护理经验。护理要点包括做好充分的术前准备,完善术前检查及用药;做好胆道引流管护理,术后密切观察病情变化,做好胆道感染、胆心反射、及胆道出血等并发症观察、预防和处理;出院时做好饮食指导及病情自我监测。This paper summarized the nursing stent placement combined with 125I implantation in struction. Key points of nursing measures included management of percutaneous biliary metallic 12 elderly patients with malignant biliary ob- preoperative preparation on medical examina- tion and drug administration, maintenance of biliary drainage tube, monitoring of vital signs, pre- vention of biliary tract infection, vagovagal reflex, hemobilia, and health education on dietary and self-monitoring.
