摘 要:以聚酯(PET)纤维和聚乙烯/聚丙烯(ES)复合纤维为原料,采用针刺加工工艺制备非织造布,用无氟防水剂、热烘对非织造布进行处理,制备具有拒水亲油性能的非织造布。比较处理前后非织造布的接触角和吸油率等参数,分析热烘、无氟防水剂浓度、改性方法等因素对非织造布拉伸性能、拒水性和吸油性能的影响。试验结果表明:PET/ES纤维共混比为50/50,无氟防水剂浓度为70 mL/L,并进行热烘处理,可获得具有良好拒水亲油性能的非织造布。The needle punched non-woven fabrics were prepared by using PET fiber and ES fiber as raw materials. Fluorine-free waterproof agent and heat drying were used to treat non-woven fabrics. The parameters such as contact angles and oil absorption rate of the non-woven fabrics before and after the treatment were compared. The effects of heat drying, concentration of fluorine-free waterproof agent, and modification methods on waterproof property and oil absorption property were analyzed. Results show that when the ratio of PET/ES fiber is 50/50, and when the concentration of fluorine-free waterproof agent is 70 mL/L, the non-woven fabric treated with heat drying , can have good hydrophobic and oleophilic properties.
