摘 要:敬业度研究是近年来的热点,但对医务人员的敬业度研究不多,尤其新生代医务员工研究的更少。结合新生代医务员工的特点,通过问卷调查对其敬业度现状和影响因素进行分析,发现职业认同、领导风格、人际关系与敬业度有强相关性,而学习发展、薪酬福利等具有中等相关,并提出符合提高新生代敬业度的途径。Engagement research is a hot issue in recent years, but there is not much research on the professional engagement of medical staff, especially the new generation of medical staff. Combining with the characteristics of the new generation of medical staff, through the questionnaire survey on its engagement status and influencing factors, we found that the professional identity, leadership style, interpersonal relationship have strong correlation with engagement, and learning development, salary, benefits have medium correlation. Methods for engagement improvement which conform to the new generation is put forward.
