自拟降脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟降脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的临床疗效。方法:将70例NASH患者随机分为2组各35例,对照组嘱清淡规律饮食,定量有氧运动,口服维生素E、维生素C治疗;治疗组服用自拟降脂汤(陈皮15 g,半夏15 g,茵陈蒿12 g,大黄12 g,绞股蓝12 g,白术10 g,柴胡10 g,白芍10 g,山楂6 g,泽泻6 g),配合生活干预治疗。两组疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组总有效率为74.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ALT、AST及血脂水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:自拟降脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎疗效显著,对改善患者肝功能及血脂异常有明显效果,值得临床进一步推广。Objective ：To observe clinical effect of self-set hypolipidemic decoction on treatment for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH）. Methods： Seventy patients with NASH who were included in the outpatient department and met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups （35 cases for each group）. The control group was prescribed with bland and regular diet, quantitative aerobic exercise and oral administration of vitamin E and vitamin C. The treatment group was treated with self-set hypolipidemic decoction （Orange Peel 15 g, Pinellia 15 g, Virgate Wormwood Herb 12 g, Rhubarb 12 g, Fiveleaf Gynostemma herb 12 g, Atractylodes 10 g, Bupleurum 10 g, Peony 10 g, Hawthorn 6 g, Alisma orientalis 6 g）. The course of treatment lasted for 3 months in coordination with life intervention. Results： The total effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group and 74.3% in the control group. The therapeutic ef- fect of treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of ALT, AST and blood lipids were lower after treatment than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the reduction level in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of NASH with self-set hypolipidemic decoction has remarkable curative effect, which has obvious effect on improving liver function and blood lipid abnormality, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
