新时代中老年人体育需求与服务的研究

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化的加快,中老年养老体育被重视起来,同时,中老年体育也是民生的重要组成部分。但养老体育的制度,相应的法律法规,中老年人的体育思想,体育运动器材、设施的设立,专业体育人才的指导等一些影响中老年体育发展的因素仍然不够完善。基于此,我国应尽快制定相应的政策法规,改变中老年人的体育思想,加大对中老年体育设施的投入,完善中老年体育人才市场的发展,以促进中老年人体育的良好健康发展。With the rapid progress of China＇s population aging,the middle and old-aged sports as an important part of people＇s livelihood has been paid attention to. However,some related factors such as the system of endowment sports and corresponding laws and regulations,sports thoughts of middle and old-aged people,sports equipment and facilities,professional sports talents that influence the development of middle and old-aged people sports are still not perfected. Based on this,China should formulate relevant policies and regulations as soon as possible,change the sports thought of middle and old-aged people,increase investment in sports facilities for middle and old-aged people,improve the development of the sports talent market for middle and old-aged people,so as to promote the healthy development of sports for middle and old-aged people.
