摘 要:目的分析RCAS1基因表达与乳腺癌的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测105例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及相应癌旁组织的RCAS1基因表达,结合临床病理资料分析RCAS1基因表达与乳腺癌相关性。结果 RCAS1基因在乳腺癌组织表达率为84%(88/105)、癌旁组织表达率为17%(18/105),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RCAS1蛋白表达以病人的年龄、肿瘤大小、病理组织学分级、淋巴结转移等方面比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 RCAS1基因表达可能与乳腺癌发生密切相关,可能有潜在的应用价值,值得进一步研究。Objective To analyze the relationship of RCAS1 gene expression and breast cancer. Methods The expression of RCAS1 gene was detectedby immunohistochemistry in 105 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and the corresponding paracancerous tissues. The associationbetween RCAS1 gene expression and breast cancer was analyzed by clinicopathological data. Results The expression rate of RCAS1 gene in breast cancer tissues was 84% (88/105), while that in paracancerous tissues was 17% (18/105). The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). RCAS1 protein expression in patients with age, tumor size, histopathological gradingandlymph node metastasis, the difference was not statisticallysignificant. Conclusion RCAS1 gene expression may be closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer, which may have potential valuefor further study.
